How to repair the sliding door?

Attached the photo of the sliding door to my bathroom. The door is quite difficult to open and close, and I found that it was slightly tilted and even make it hard to lock. 

May I know how to fix it? is it the problem from the wheel at the top?

I don't know how to take the door out for replacing the wheels. Appreciate for your help.

In your instance, it appears that either the rear roller needs replacing or has come off the track. If you look at the top of the door, hopefully, you can access the nuts on the rollers that, once undone, will release the door from them. Once the door is removed, you can assess the roller to better understand what's going on.
