Liquid nails will stick metal to bricks but it doesn't like direct sunlight when fixing metal as it heats up and weakens the bond.

Peel and stick numbers are common but not sure how well they stick to bricks?

The screw in numbers and decoration have been on my brick wall for over 50 years and possibly 63, I prefer wooden ones now because I can make them which reminds me I need to finish my pantograph table to be in the good books with the Buddhist one.
