I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to replace garage door bottom seal? by @krishnak. I recommend cutting a section off your garage seal to bring with you to the store. In this manner you can compare it to the garage seals available to make sure that you are getting the right size. The general steps are to remove a section of your rail which will allow you to remove the old bottom seal.
