Where to find Mondella Towel Rail Grub Screw?

I purchased a Mondella Prelude towel rail on 15/02/2025 from Bunnings Newstead 4006.
I managed to drop a grub screw and lose it.
Went back to the store and they only have M4 and M5 grub screws which don’t fit.
They told me I needed Imperial which they don’t stock.

Brand new towel rail but I can't use it.

Can you suggest something please? (apart from purchase another new towel rail)

Hi @477bus,

The Newstead store currently has in stock packs of Pinnacle M5 - M8 Black Assorted Grub Screw Set but also an imperial Pinnacle 3/16 - 3/8" Black Assorted Grub Screw Set. Hopefully, there would be a grub screw in that set that suits.

I believe the confusion our team had was that the imperial pack does not state that on the front, it merely says "Assorted sizes". I've called the store, and they currently have those packs in stock.

Thanks, that sounds exactly what happened.

I looked up grub screws and went to the aisle but only saw M4 and M5.

The assistant showed me a chart and the grub screw I had was between M4 and M5 and best suited an Imperial hole on the chart.

Neither of us saw the 'set' containing what I hope is a 3/16" screw.

The Mondella towel rail screws are not black so I am surprised you don't sell screws to match the towel rails in size and colour.

Should colour be a big issue - find an appropriately coloured bolt of the correct size - and make your own grub screw (although slotted) using any Dremel styled device.
