How to find metal bed frame hardware replacements?

Dear All

Can anyone suggest where I can find square rods and bolts to assemble a metal bed frame? In particular, I am looking for those in the following image: (M8; bolt length 35mm ideally and fits in a 10 x 10 mm square hole in the bed frame)

I can see that these are available on ebay in the EU but have not been able to source any in Australia? It seems they should be readily available given how many beds are in the country, but I've hit a dead end. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Mar1mot. It's fabulous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about bed frame bolts.

This type of bolt typically suits older-style bed frames. It's not a connection method commonly seen on newer models, and I'm not aware of anything that would suit your needs.

I'm not sure if they could be useful, but we have the Hafele Bed Bracket Set.
