Highest concentration of real manure in retail bags

Hi, 

There is a bewildering array of 25l and 50l etc bags of manure mixes around. None that I have seen have the actual percentage of manure listed. One I was using called Cow Manure, after ringing the manufacturer, I found out was only 30% manure.

Does anyone know which of the bagged stuff is the highest in actual manure (I'm not talking about the pellets, which I understand are 100%), but the bags of manure/compost.)

This one (blended) - https://www.bunnings.com.au/fine-farms-25l-blended-cow-manure_p2961628 says material = Manure and composted wood shavings

I'd expect the first one to be 100%. But obviously you need to mix it... What's your project, a new raised garden bed?
