How to restore outdoor cane furniture?

Hi, I’d like to know how or if I can bring my outdoor furniture back to life. The back of it is in direct sunshine for part of the day and get a small over spray from the sprinklers every morning. 
I’m not 100% what the are made of though so unsure where to start? 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

A solution has been provided for almost all situations. In your situation, a light sand, followed by an application of a clear external varnish is probably the way to go.
