Sheer or block out roller blind

Ok. So old

neighbors put a dumb colourbond fence up so my room HEATS UP ALOT!!! I like my sunlight but also privacy as ol m8 likes to perv in. Iv got block out curtains so would it be best to go blockout blind with the curtains or a sheer one and the block out curtains!??? 😩

@bunlovers I would be looking for a sheer blind that gives you maximum light as well as privacy.
