best way to fix 5 x Jack Rainforest Outdoor Oxy-Shield Screen Panels to a color bond fence

A similar question was asked a while back, but it was about Matrix panels. I believe the same method can be used to mount the Oxy-Sheild panels to the Colorbond fence. The general method is to attach a timber spacer such as the 70 x 35mm Outdoor Framing H3 Treated Pine - 2.4m to the top and bottom rail of the Colorbond fence. Please do not screw into the fence panel itself as the sharp end of the screw will pose a danger to the other side of the fence.
I suggest using Zenith 10G x 65mm Galvanised Countersunk Head Metal Screws - 50 Pack to screw the timber in place and Zenith 8G x 30mm Galvanised Countersunk Head Metal Screws - 50 Pack to mount the Oxy-Sheild to the wood.
