Just first time I see this kind of undersink tap mixer fitting.
Thanks
Hello @junjcueto
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your tap mixer fitting.
That is indeed a very curious type of fitting and would have have to say that this is a first for me. Perhaps the black rubber O ring is blocking the view to the post nut. Usually when there is this type of post a Haron Mixer Tap Spanner Kit is used to adjust the nut on the post. But in this instance, it can't be seen. I suggest running your hand over the post to see if you can feel the body of a nut on the post itself. If you do, then you can use the spanner kit to tighten it up.
Let me call on our experienced members @Nailbag, @Dave-1, @AlanM52 and @Noyade to see if they have seen anything like it before.

Good Evening @junjcueto
😕 I am afraid I havnt seen anything like this before. If its brand new, would it be possible to see the whole of the mixer unit taken out of the sink? Or do you still have the model listed from the packaging?
Dave
Hi Dave-1,
This tap mixer was installed more than 2 years ago, actually I don't have any idea how to take this one out, unlike the other ones. I'll try if I can find the receipt.
@EricL , I'm trying to feel it if there's sort of a nut on the assembly but the thing in the middle is just round.
Thanks @Dave-1 @EricL
I suggest tyring to remove the rubber O ring at the bottom and use the tap spanner to tighten the nut.
Hi, Is it the little black plastic attached to the round metal in the middle.
Hi @junjcueto
I have never seen this type of fastening system before. They typically have a brass threaded bolt and nut. I can't see what needs tightening. Most likely needs to en extended special socket.
Might be one for a plumber.Nailbag
Yes, that black O ring or plastic that is hiding the nut.
Hi,
Yeah, that's initially I thought before I took a close look .
I will try to take that one next time and see if there's nut there.
Well, my eyes are rubbish - but to me, it looks like that 'black' thing is a horizontal holding platform.
Insert the mixer.
That bracket slides up the hoses - wriggling the mixer for best fit - then you slide it across - so that it latches and holds it in place.
The installer now has his/her hands free to reach for nuts, washers and a long socket.
Fit the nuts on the threaded rods - tighten
I was thinking the nuts maybe were never fitted - hence the mixer is loose?
All theory of course - from a layman.
Another thought.
Get a better resolution photo.
Take it to a dedicated plumbing supplier store - show them.
Hi @junjcueto,
Late to arrive (as usual) and I see there is a group of eyeballs checking out the mixer thing.
Not sure... maybe with assistance get someone to push down on top of the mixer while you squeeze those vertical pins with a multigrips.
Cheers
Hi Everyone,
Sorry for the late reply, appreciate all your help unfortunately, I can't honestly figure this one. Might consult a plumber for this.
I'm so sorry we can't provide you with more information about your tap but suffice to say it has a unique fixing system. Perhaps a plumber will be able to figure out how its fixing system operates.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
