My taps in my shower are quite old in the unit I rent and they keep falling off. What is the tool I need to tighten the bolt thingy behind the middle bit of the tap?

In order to give our members a better idea of what type of taps you have; would it be possible for you to post a few photos of the handle and tap itself? Once our members see your tapware, we'll be able to make recommendations in regards to what tools to use and how to maintain your tapware handles.
