New workbench top

On an older project I had a Table Saw and a Router Table on a shelf unit that I put wheels on to move around in my workshop.

I needed more bench space so I picked up a Pine Timber Panel and some Brackets.

The bracket are just screwed on to the panel so the hold it tight on

to the sides of of the router and saw, so it can't slide around.

Now I have a nice size bench to work on, and it just lifts off when I need to use the saw or the router.

Isn't it convenient that your router table and table saw are the same height?

You can always do with more bench space in your workshop, and this is a great way to get some.

Thanks, I did have to raise the saw table up a bit, with a few small bits of wood, but it works, there is never enough bench space....
