How to repaint damaged Colorbond?

I need to restore this and other parts of colour one cladding. It was covered in silicone, which when removed has both scratched the paint, and the chemical stripper has turned the paint to chalk. I imagine I can strip it back and prime then paint, but I imagine this needs to be sprayed to return to the original look?

Yes, applying your primer and topcoat by spraying would be the best way to emulate what was done originally. This can be done with a paint sprayer, or you can purchase the Rust Guard products in spray cans, such as this White Knight Rust Guard Grey Quick Dry SLS Etch Primer Spray Paint and White Knight Rust Guard White Gloss Epoxy Enamel Spray Paint.
