How to stop leaves coming inside from garden?

Simple question - any ideas on how to stop accumulated leaves from being trodden into my kitchen particularly in wet weather? The garden slopes back towards the kitchen door - see pics. When i go outside in wet waether i get wet dirty leaves in kitchen when i come inside from shoes.

I have tried every outdoor mat - any ideas appreciated . I regularly clean up the leaves but the neighbour has massive gumtree towering above my yard so its an ongoing issue

Hi @martyjames,

With the gum tree being a factor you can't really remove, the leaves are always going to be there, so maybe keeping a leaf blower like this Ozito PXC 18V Cordless Blower 2.0Ah Kit nearby and using it to manage the leaves is an option.

Otherwise, cleaning your shoes or boots with an Outdoor Bottle Brush Boot Scraper or Boot Scrubber might be the way to go.

Alternatively, keeping an outdoor box, like this Keter 113L City Box Outdoor Storage next to the door to pop your shoes in before heading inside could be a simple option.
