How to fix Lifetime shed out of alignment?

I thought I'd post this separately because it's a different issue.

I've now put the shed up. It looks pretty good overall, but when attaching the last 2 panels of the roof I found it was quite a bit out of alignment (maybe around an inch), so I had to put a temporary wedge on the front right corner to align everything. After putting on the skylight panel I removed the wedge, and the front right corner remains a little raised + the doors are very out of alignment and one of them won't close. So, I guess a wedge is needed to be installed permanently to keep it in alignment.

I'm not too sure why it's so out of alignment because I levelled the base. Perhaps it's a combination of the base not being 100% level and it being a plastic shed.

I'm not willing to take it apart and re-do it because A: I'm not really sure what I did wrong, and B: it was a right pain to get it up in the first place.

So I'm just looking for advise on the best permanent wedge I can use. See the photos below. A significant height is needed to keep it aligned (not just a single shim as provided with the shed.

I haven't secured it to the base yet because I'm waiting to get a better wedge in (as opposed to using all four of the provided shims).

Any advice is appreciated.

You've made fantastic progress. It is so good to see where you're up to after helping out in the initial design stages.

Now, let's see if we can get the final little bit sorted.

Before installing a permanent wedge it might be worth doing a couple of quick checks to see where the misalignment is actually coming from. I suspect that it will either be the base being very slightly out of level, or the shed being slightly out of square.

First, place a level on the top of your deck base and check it in both directions. Even a small fall across the base can translate into a noticeable twist once the shed is assembled. It would be a bit tricky, but as the base doesn't appear to be anchored into the soil yet, you could use a long lever such as a fencing bar to lift the low corner and pack some additional gravel underneath the base to bring it up. It wouldn't be easy, but it would be achievable with the assistance of a helper if you wanted to give it a try.

Then measure the shed for square by checking the diagonals corner to corner, both at the bottom of the walls and the top of the walls. If the two diagonal measurements are different, the shed frame is slightly racked and the location of the wall can give you an indication of whether the base of the wall is out of square or the top of the wall is out of square. Sometimes you can loosen a few fasteners and gently push or pull the structure until the diagonals match, which can bring the doors back into alignment and remove the lifted corner. Once square, you'd tighten up the fasteners to lock it in place square.

If the base checks out level and the shed is already square, then using a few packers under that corner is a practical solution. This Titan 75mm 20 Piece Mixed Window Packers would be a good option as there is a variety of thicknesses that can be used. Just place a few under the raised corner and then fix the shed to the base.
