I have this bad patch in my senso self-adhesive vinyl plank floor. What gap filler will work that is a timber colour to blend in?
I will be adding a vinyl trim along the wardrobe edge to cover that gap.
Hi @Ambrosia,
It's tough to say what would be best based on your photo as the colour does not always come through in images true to life, but it looks like a light oak style of flooring with grey tones, so this https://www.bunnings.com.au/dunlop-310ml-silicone-timber-joint-sealant-silver-grey-oak_p0651204 would likely be a good option.
If the colour is less grey than the image shows, then this https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-380g-baltic-no-more-gaps-timber-floors-gap-filler_p1230158 might also be an option.
If you had a leftover piece of flooring, or an offcut, it would be worthwhile bringing it in store with you to compare. I am sure the team at the Paint Desk of your local store would be able to assist you with selecting a filler that is as close in colour as possible with the above two options being likely candidates.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
