I am having trouble removing these screws to change the heating element in the oven, should i twist it with a plier? it’s completely round
I tried socket set and spanner, couldn’t get a grip, thank you !

Please note that any electrical work involving 240V fixed wiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician to ensure safety and compliance.
Thank you for sharing your question about your oven element fitting. I'm sorry but I am not familiar with this type of fitting. I don't think this is an ordinary type of fitting that you can just easily twist off. In this particular situation, I suggest engaging the services of an electrical appliance technician. They would be familiar with how the element is fitted to the oven body. For the meantime, I suggest not forcing the fitting off as it may further damage the appliance.

They look like the end of pins that go through the wall of the oven and are secured from the far side. I would not force them and would recommend to get a sparky to come out and replace/fix the element.
Stove elements come in all shapes and sizes, this one looks like it needs a service tech to change out the old one.

Simple trick is buy the replacement element and look at how the screws work. Please make sure the power is off when doing this as the oven is normally on a different breaker than the normal power!

Tried a Google lens search of your image and effectively got back an answer that these are not screws but studs and you have to remove the oven to access the back to take the nuts off the studs. Like I said before, you can check this on a new one and if you have a local supplier, they may let you look at one before you purchase it!

That’s a very good trick, i actually accessed the back before i posted, couldn’t figure out how the nuts works, i might go ahead and get the new part and work it out now i have your tips, thank you for your help! :) @R4addZ

Just before you go any further, I wanted to make sure you're aware that the heating element is directly connected to the 240V mains wiring inside the oven.
Because replacing the element involves working on a fixed 240V appliance, I recommend engaging the services of a qualified appliance service technician or licensed electrician to carry out the replacement. This will ensure the repair is completed safely and in accordance with the relevant electrical regulations.

Thanks for your input, as an Electrician, that is not a bolt you can loosen, it has a nut on the other side of the oven wall that needs to be removed to get the element out, that "screw" is actually TIG welded to the flange plate.
As others have said, what you are doing is the work that a qualified electrician needs to do, keep yourself safe and get a Sparky.
