Moldable Glue - supplier of?
I have a use for a product called moldable glue, such as Sugru Moldable Glue & disappointed to see that Bunnings don't supply it. Does anyone know where I can get it, or something similar in Australia, particularly Western Australia? I want it to reinforce the connection points where fine wires are subject to movement,…

How to save a damaged Silver Princess tree?
I recently discovered our Silver Princess had split into two at one of its main branches. I don't want to put anyone off, but the following article is worth a read to ensure that we don't become too lax…

Adding wheels to my workshop benches to make life easier
Like most home D-I-Y-ers , space to me is a limited and precious resource. I have tried many workshop configurations over the years, but each limited me. I found that using the space and equipment in as as versatile a way as possible, is the answer. I abandoned the fixed bench-by-the-wall layout and now have 2 smaller,…

Any tips for using hot-melt glue?
I am hoping someone with more skill than I can tell me how to use this stuff successfully. I have had a hot-melt gun for decades but have always found that using gives me questionable results. When I use it, it is stringy, messy and the it rarely holds anything together. I only use to as a short-term, spot-tack to hold…
