How to replace shower head?

I have a shower head that I am looking to replace and I am wondering what tool I would need to remove the holder from the wall?

A recently installed Bunnings Estilo shower rail at home also required a 10mm Allen key for the mounting nipple - @BP22183

Thanks Jacob - I wasn’t planning on completing the work myself, was just trying to get an understanding of what I would need to purchase as a replacement

I agree with @R4addZ that it seems to be a large hex head fitting, which can be removed with an allen key.

While replacing a showerhead is generally considered unregulated plumbing work in most jurisdictions, meaning it doesn't require a plumbing licence, it is always worth double checking your legal requirements before proceeding with any plumbing adjacent work.
