How to secure a long mixer tap hose under sink?

The long black cord of the mixer tap hose moves around under the sink, when I swivel the tap from sink to sink. Is there a suggestion, such as a sling or such, or simply a cable tie to pipe, to stop the noisy movement across the shelf? (It's a Della Vita Premio Pull Out Sink Mixer)

It's quite common for pull-out mixer hoses to move around a bit under the sink, but they certainly shouldn't be dragging heavily across the cabinet base.

Rather than trying to secure the hose yourself with cable ties or clips, I'd suggest having a licensed plumber take a look. They may be able to suspend or support the hose in a way that reduces the dragging while still allowing it to move freely when you pull the spray head in and out. The last thing you'd want is to restrict the hose's movement or put unnecessary strain on it.

If the hose is otherwise operating correctly and the noise is the only concern, another option could be to place a thin rubber or foam mat on the cabinet base where the hose makes contact. This would help cushion the movement and reduce the noise without affecting the operation of the tap.

Please note that plumbing work should be carried out by a licensed plumber where required to ensure it complies with local regulations and is completed safely.
