Cracked bathroom tile and moisture outside wall. Is it possible to fix it without removing the tiles? How can I fix this?

If water is getting in due to that cracked tile, in a bathroom with a functioning waterproofing membrane, it would be captured behind the tile and couldn't travel to the other side of the wall. Unfortunately, for moisture to be showing on the opposite side of the wall to the bathroom, it means the waterproofing membrane has failed.
This means the timber framing inside the wall is likely compromised, which can lead to rot and structural issues within the wall.
Unfortunately, there is no simple fix if your waterproofing membrane has failed. Generally, it means stripping the bathroom back to studs and starting again. I'd suggest you contact a leak detection specialist to confirm this and then look at bathroom renovation professionals for assistance with the remediation work.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no simple fix for leaks like this if they are coming from inside your bathroom.

I would have to agree 100% with @JacobZ on all points unfortunately. There are signs of quite serious internal wall damage thats been occurring for considerable time. It's not something that could be rectified by a shower repair service. Definitely make a start with a local leak detection company.
