Hi Everyone, i’m new here and need your assistance, my twin head rail shower came off while showering, its going on straight but coming off when turning on water tap. I couldn’t see any screw here, and seems like glue, if i’m not wrong. Can someone please advise me on this. Thanks

Pull back the black flange - there 'should' be two grub screws top and bottom that engage that trenched section on the nipple when you reinsert the coupling. Either replace or tighten the screws. Let us know what you see and how it goes - cheers!
Hi @jayR,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
What @Noyade is referring to as the black flange is this piece here -
There's a good chance there are some grub screws beneath it that hold the shower rail on the outlet.
Give this a try and let us know what you find. We can certainly assist further if required.

Hi @jayR
The glue you refer to is probably clear silicone and was applied to help with waterproofing, When you find the grub screws, it may be worth adding a thin bead of silicone when you refit it.
Thanks for your help guys, fixed that today. You guys are amazing.
