How to turn water supply to dishwasher off?

Hi

Please see attach picture . This is water connection to the dishwasher. Is this position on or off ? It is only rotating 90 degree to the left.

It is only rotating 90 degrees because it is what is called a quarter turn tap, where the off and on position are only 90 degrees apart. It looks like it is one of these

As @TedBear has already said, if the blue topped tap is turned all the way to the left (anticlockwise) that will be off. If you rotate it to the right (clockwise), it will be on.

Hi @ssingh357 I think the large plastic device that you've photographed is an anti-burst valve. To turn the water off you need to turn the small blue-topped tap clockwise until it stops turning, but it doesn't need to be turned too tight.
