What does Unavailable mean on the Bunnings website?

Question

If an item is "unavailable" does that simply mean no stock - or the product is never supplied to that particular store? It suggests looking at other stores - but then tells me delivery is not possible from them.

Do I need to go to the Special Orders counter?

"Unfortunately, the chairs from it are not sold separately."

I'm glad - that then rules it out of the outdoor setting competition.

Hi @Noyade,

"Unavailable" generally means the item is not stocked at your selected store and there isn't currently stock available in the surrounding area that can be supplied for delivery.

Your best bet would indeed be to have a chat with the Special Orders team at your local store. They can check whether the product is still available from the supplier and whether it can be ordered in specifically for you.

Regarding the 3pc setting, it is sold as a set with two chairs and one table. Unfortunately, the chairs from it are not sold separately.

And if I may…the day at Bunnings was searching for an outdoor setting plus a gazebo (above). My wife liked this one (I don't) but we needed an extra chair. They were stacked in a corner - but the staff member told us you can't buy them individually?
