The project:
We made our own TV unit. I was struggling to find something big enough to place in this space, so we created our own.
- Materials:
- VJ panels
- Paint
- No More Gaps
- Gyprock
- Wooden frame
- Blueboard
- Travertine pavers
- Grout.
- Step 1:
First we added VJ paneling on the wall behind the TV and I painted it white.
- Step 2:
Next my partner built the frame to fit in the space, then covered it in blueboard.
- Step 3:
To do the top I covered it in wet gyprock. I just placed it over and made a textured pattern, then I painted that white.
- Step 4:
I then got to work on the bottom. I layed out the pavers and started to stick them up. Once done, I grouted them all.
