What can I put over that's smooth so dust stops getting collected?

ok so between the wall and tiles theres a boarder its rough (they must of used wall material stuff but everyday its got dust ect on them. Is there something you can put over so its smooth kinda like a kitchen bench but in a silocone form or anything. 🙏🏼 Thanks!

@bunlovers did they use grouting on that edge? I don't see why you couldn't run a thin bead of white silicone along there and smooth it off with a wet finger.

Someone may come up with something else for you though.
