I've just built a 6m x 3m steel shed which I am decking out as a workshop.
I plan to insulate with batts and was considering lining it with Structaflor 19 x 3600 x 800mm GP Yellowtongue structual flooring.
This would have enough depth to allow me to have french cleats along one long wall and enough length and width to effectively (and cheaply) line the walls.
It would also give me a much nicer finish than looking at steel walls.
My questions are:
1. Would the flooring warp or otherwise if hung vertically?
2. Would it have enough "strength" to be used vertically?
3. Can I use a clear polyethylene finish to give the walls a bit of protection and make it easier to keep the dust down?
4. Would I need to seal all sides so it wouldn't be effected by moisture in the air etc?
Cheers
