How to match a stain?
Does anyone know how we can match the stain on the staircase as the handrail needs some touch ups. It's a Metricon home. There is a Cabot's rich walnut mentioned in the documents for some areas of the house but we are not sure of the colour on the staircase. Also how do we know if the stain is water or oil based? Hello, the paint has come off three of the timer switches. Is there a paint l could go over these with. It needs to be heat resistent and the surface is smooth underneat. Or should l replace the buttons. They work fine so its a cosmtic fix. Or are there stickers to put on the fronts? They are 1cm. Thanks

How to clean white marks of dark grout?
Hello, We have dark charcoal grout on the floor tiles and it has white in some areas which l think is efflorescence. Is there a product that can remove this? I saw a product called Davco tile and grout that l was thinking to purchase and use with a grout brush. Thanks

How to clean bird poo off honed vanilla sandstone?
I have honed vanilla sandstone which is quite clean and sealed. It has a couple of small spots of bird poo on it that l cannot get out. Its at the top of a pillar so likely need to clean by hand.
