Chillies & Herbs can produce ALOT.Airdrying inside by hanging up in netting bags,keeping old onion & garlic bag netting..Watch for humidity that blackens with mould on fruit..Make cuts in chillies to dry insides quicker..Bottle preserves in white vinegar with garlic & oil- enough for 1 year😂
