Bathroom misery to joy

I bought a 66 year old home in need of a major facelift and set about finding the right tradies to help me achieve that. With the help of a chippy, a plumber, a plasterer  and a sparky - we made a grotty old slapped together bathroom shine as a modern bright space! Putting in a window has given beautiful light to compliment the existing skylight - and reconfiguring the narrow space has made the world of difference!

Re: Bathroom misery to joy

Hi @TheRenoQueen,

First, let me extend a warm welcome from the Bunnings Workshop community! It is wonderful you have decided to join and share your bathroom reno with us. You'll find Workshop to be a great place for inspiration and advice on all things DIY and garden. Make sure you check out our top 10 most popular bathroom projects article, you might find your project on there one day.

This is such a gorgeous bathroom and you were absolutely right to add in a window, it really brightens the whole room. Any words of advice for someone looking to do a bathroom reno for the first time?

Katie
