Completed Reno (panoramic piccy)Project was complete Reno of original ensuite bathroom. Replace highly glazed slippery wall/floor tiles, plaster upper half of wall after tiles removed and line walls with wall lining, Dado Rail and skirting boards. Replace shower screen and redesign shower area, Remove the huge spa and supporting walls and add replace with Bath Tub. Replace bench top, sinks, tapware, mirror. Frame windows. Paint vinyl wrapped cupboards. Before photo shown.

Materials
Wall and floor tiles, adhesive, waterproofing membrane, grout.
Cement /sand for screeding floors and shower area.
Wall plaster, primer and paint.
Easycraft Wall Lining, rebated Dado Rail (Bunnings) and glue to secure to walls.
Benchtop from Bunnings.
Stand alone shower screen.
Stand alone bath.
New mirrors, taps and shower fittings.
Cleaner, primer and paint for cupboard doors and sides
Tools
Ozito hammer drill to remove tiles (Bunnings).
Trowels, spacers etc for re-tiling.
Float and trowel for plastering walls.
Circular saw and guide for cutting wall linings, rails and bench top.
Steps
Step 1
Remove existing tiles with the hammer drill.
Remove the spa body and the supporting brick walls (sledge hammer and hammer drill).
Re-locate the spa drain to accommodate the Bath.
Re screed the floor and shower area where required to ensure adequate fall.
Plumber re-locate taps for the shower and bath.

Waterproof shower area.
Plaster top half of walls outside of shower area.
Lay new wall and floor tiles and grout.
Fit Tile Insert Shower Drain.
Glazier fits Shower Screen
Stick on wall linings, Dado Rail and skirts.
Frame the windows with wood (was tiled around windows).
Secure bath to floor (plumber to connect).
Repaint cupboard doors and ends, replace benchtop and fit new basins.
Fit new tap ware and shower ware. Paint walls and linings.
