How to fix the connection between bowl and wall pipe?

Hi, I try to fix the leaking between the tank and bowl but end up with broke some parts and I have to dissembled the whole bowl and water tank. Finally, I found that there is a few problems to put back the bowl to the wall pipr. Can I ask what kind of glue should I use to fix the connection between bowl and wall pipe?

Hello @raytam2468

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your toilet suite.

Just a friendly reminder that any plumbing work needs to be carried out by a registered plumber for safety and compliance.

The part that is broken is known as a Holman 100mm DWV PVC Standard Pan Collar or similar. No glue is necessary for the rubber fitting as it is fixed in place with compression. It is held in place with the locking ring. I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - Broken seal on top of wax ring by @atul221282. I suggest engaging the services of a plumber as this type of repair is involved and complicated and will require the skills of a seasoned plumber. Any mistake in the installation of the toilet pan can result in water leaks, sewer gas leaks and pan damage. I don't recommend doing this as a D.I.Y. repair.

I also suggest checking out the stores Toilet Installation Service. This will save you time in looking for a professional installer.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Eric
