Kaboodle cabinetry in Alpine profile helped transform a dark and dated kitchen. The cabinetry was purchased raw and painted with Porter's Paints Old Stone Wall.
The project
Our kitchen renovation features Kaboodle cabinetry—this is actually our third Kaboodle kitchen! It’s such an easy system to work with, and it allows you to achieve a custom look without the custom price tag.
We used Kaboodle units not only for the main kitchen layout, but also to create additional bench seating near the kitchen. By continuing the same finishes, the bench feels like a built-in feature.
Steps
Step 1
We used the Kaboodle kitchen planner to get our layout right. It helped us vilualise the right space and choose the right configuration.
Step 2
Purchase and assemble the Kaboodle cabinets.

Step 3
Put them in place.

Step 4
Painted out door fronts with Porter's Paints Old Stone Wall. We always buy raw finish and add our own custom colours.
Step 5
Added some MDF panelling to customise the look.

Step 6
Finished off the tiling and got a benchtop installed.
