This neat chest of drawers was constructed for a friend using Pine.
The project
I made a small set of drawers for a friend out of Bunnings' premium Pine.
I generally just knock up a SketchUp drawing with the major dimensions and make the rest up as I go along.
I think the only thing missing here is the drawer bottoms. They are are plywood floating in grooves either side of the drawer box and at the front, and screwed at the back – pretty much a stock-standard technique for drawers.
