Hi guys just wanting help with how to attach this pinnacle Pegboard to my tool trolley! Unfortunately the key holes on the board line up with the draw runners on the trolley. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Morning @adamf
First coffee thought would be nut rivets. Drill your pilot holes, enlarge, insert rivets and then bolt your 'Pegboard' in place.
Pilot holes.
Drill to Nut size
Insert Rivet
Bolt into position.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @adamf. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about attaching a pegboard.
It's great to see @Noyade is already assisting.
I suspect you might just have the pegboard in that orientation to show us the location of the keyholes, but I did want to point out that it needs to be flipped around so the keyholes are against the trolley, creating a void behind the board to allow pegs to be inserted.
I'm not sure if I entirely understand the issue at hand. Currently, the keyhole appears to be just below the fourth runner down, which looks like you would be able to insert a fixing there. However, what type of fixings did you intend to use? The keyhole only requires screw heads to slip over. If you were intending on only having light/medium-weight items on the peg board six self taping screws into the outside skin of the cabinet at the locations of the keyholes would likely suffice. There's approximately 30mm worth of frame between the side of the cabinet and the runner inside.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

I never even noticed the pegboard was reversed.
I even originally doodled it in the wrong position and wondered why there were irregular looking holes in the photos.
Shoulda had a second cuppa coffee. 😔
Either way - the square tubing allows for a number of attachment solutions without interfering with the runners.
