Can anyone provide me with a plan/video on how to make a simple dowel jig?

I do a search for 'Dowelling jig' and get a few hundred fishing lure things, but nothing from Harmon.

So zero visibility, zero price info, zero capability for this, just several pocket dowel jigs and pages of fishing lures (not core for Bunnings???) ...

I'll probably make one like the guy here did
