What's happening in the Tool Shop?

Every tool (not battery powered) on display was half price. As is. Not many left when I was there yesterday.

I missed a few which I would have liked - always too late in life. One staff member said there will be a "new display shortly"

New brands maybe?

I don't have the details in regards to the tool upgrades, but the information you got from the team member pretty much sums it up. If you visit the store quite often you might actually see the new tools being relayed for display. Same thing happened to me; I totally missed the sale.

Massive relays have been in effect nationally @Noyadefor some time now. My local stores were done months ago. They clear out all the display models, then install full height racks. In my closest store they removed the centre cross aisle so you have to walk the full length to get to the next. 

No new brands just accommodating for more stocks and range from the same.
