How to purchase hexagon matting for a path?

Hi, we want to lay down some pavers to create a path, then surround it by stone. In my research I keep coming to this hexagon matting that the stones are laid over. It seems to keep them in place. Does anyone know what this matting is called and where I can purchase it from? Or if there is something similar?
