I bought one of these as a gift just on 12 months ago, for my elderly parents, so they could give up on sweeping and collecting.
It's been used 3 or 4 times and they've given up in frustration.
The amount of vacuum power is pathetic, and not worth using.
A real pity because these are pretty costly.
Of course I didn't keep my receipt but think a refund would be in order.
