Building a cage??

Hi all, i am currently looking at building a cage out of wire mesh to go in my 4wd to cover the fridge. The squares will be 25mm x 25mm, Question is how to join the mesh at a 90 degree angle? I don't have a welder is there a bracket i can get to join? Any help will be much appreciated.

Yes they should, it will act a bit like a hinge.
