Decking

After building a decking (front of the house) I have decided to build a alfresco decking which is 40sq. This is a pretty big job.

I am trying my best to do the measurement to eliminate waste.

I do have all required tools and am in no rush!!!

so any tips for the measurement, ensuring techinical steps to be followed, things to look out and atleast meet the standard.
