Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's a pleasure to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about cleaning concrete floors.
I suggest giving the area a good sweep, once all the dirt and debris has been removed, I recommend using Ryobi 1800W 2000PSI Pressure Washer in combination with Ryobi Pressure Washer Extension Patio Cleaning Kit. I've used this kit before and highly recommend it as it cleaned my patio really well. The best part is that I did not have to use any chemicals to clean the area.
However, if you wish to use a chemical cleaner, I suggest using Chemtech 1L Concrete And Driveway Cleaner. It's biodegradable and is non-toxic. For spot cleans, I recommend using Oates Compact Deck Scrub Brush and some dishwashing soap.
