I just figure out this fingerprint mark on my car mirror that can not be wiped away by sanitiser or wet tissue. How can I clean this? Thanks a lot!

It's possible that it could be some form of adhesive residue, I propose seeing if it can be scraped off using a Stanley Glass Scraper. Carefully run the scraper over the surface of the rear view mirror and see it will come off. I'm surprised that it did not come off with the wipes and sanitizer. Please give the scraper a try and let us know if it works or not.
One other item you can try using is De-Solv-it 125ml Sticky Spot and Stain Remover to melt the residue on the surface of the mirror.
