Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @mmurshed. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing render.I'd encourage you to have a read through How to repair render? by @Jolly181. They successfully repaired their damaged render, and there is a full walk-through of the process they took.
The process will involve filling the area with Dingo Fast Set Mortar - 3kg and then stippling the mortar to mimic the surrounding area. Once the mortar is dry, you'll be able to re-paint.
Please let me know if you have further questions or get stuck.

So, Hebel is that soft?
Always looked at it and wondered...
Autoclaved aerated concrete typically weighs one-sixth to one-third as much as conventional concrete and is about one-sixth to one-third as strong, @Noyade.
