cracks in cement balustrade

Hello,

My balcony has a cement balustrade consisting of a horizontal cement beam supported by vertical cement columns.(pillars)

Cracks have appeared in some of the columns and the cracks are gradually widening.

What would be the best way to fill in those cracks to improve cosmetic appearance and at the same time to strengthen the columns.
