And where are you based? It might help members recommend specific types of plants.
It would also be great to know if you have any plants or style you really like, and whether you are keen gardeners or would like something that is low maintenance. And do you want lawn?

First thing that stands out is the air con. Some timber screening and/or planting to hide that would be great.
