Does anyone know how long the 4.0ah battery should last in the ozito power xchange wet and dry vacuum?

Based on the other brand one I have anything over 15 minutes is a bonus using 5AH batteries.

The Ah refers the amp-hour, so its means the total amount of charge a battery can deliver to the tool in one hour.

Depending on what tool and how much power usage it needs to run will depend on the battery life. So a tool that has a constant draw of 1.0A will consume all the battery power of a 1.0AH Battery in one hour or just under.

So if you find out what power the ozito vacuum will draw, you could roughly figure out the runtime!
