Thanks for sharing your question about building a cat enclosure. I propose having a look at this discussion - How to build a catio? by @Mel_K. In the discussion, I recommended building a basic timber frame using 70x35 and then cover it with pet mesh. You can also build a door opening into it so that you can step out and keep the pets inside.
