How to build a cat enclosure?

Looking for the best and cheapest DIY cat enclosure for these are. We did purchase the rollers for tops of the fence however 1 cat can still escape. The area is 123cm roof to fence 

6.65m gate to door. Exploring options for cat door also.

Sorry that'll be helpful. Basically cat netting from roof to fence.

Hello @Stacia 

 

Perhaps Bird Netting will be enough to discourage your cat from attempting an escape. It's lightweight, tough and able to be stretched tightly across the roof and fencing area. You can easily install it using cable ties or rope.
