We have a powder coated aluminium table that is stained. I’m not sure what it is whether it’s dirt or mould or something else but it’s baked in, and I am looking for some suggestions that could clean this up without destroying the powder coating.

It doesn't look like mould to me. It looks more like a mark where liquid was left to dry, and it deposited dirt or minerals held in the liquid within the small indentations on the powder coating.
I’d start with the gentlest cleaning method to avoid damaging the powder-coated finish. Use warm water with a small amount of mild dishwashing detergent and clean the surface with a soft-bristled brush like this https://www.bunnings.com.au/all-set-135mm-white-and-grey-scrubbing-brush_p0963351 . If this has a small effect, but not too much, try the same method with a stiffer-bristled brush such as this https://www.bunnings.com.au/mr-clean-handheld-iron-scrub-brush_p0218016 .
The step up from this would be to use isopropyl alcohol or methylated spirits applied sparingly with a soft cloth ensuring it is flushed with clean water afterwards.
If this is not effective, we should try to work out what the stains are from to give us a better idea of how to proceed. Any ideas what they are from?

Hi @kraftburk,I agree 100% with @JacobZ about starting mildly and working up. If washing up liquid doesn't do it, I would next try washing powder used in the washing machine mixed with a little water, preferably with enzymes.
